We are committed to upholding the highest standards in everything we do.

HOLIDAY FEES

A $5 service fee will be added to each drop-in visit for the below dates.  Overnight stays will be charged a $10 service fee for the dates below. ​​

Easter Weekend: April 18th, 19th and 20th 

​

Memorial Day: May 26th

​

Independence Day Weekend: July 4th, 5th, and 6th

​

Labor Weekend: August 30th, 31st, and September 1​st

​

Thanksgiving Weekend: November 26th, 27th, 28th, 29th, and 30th

​

Christmas Week: December 22nd, 23rd, 24th, 25th, 26th,  27th, and 28th

​

New Year Holiday: December 30th, 31st, January 1st and 2nd

CANCELLATIONS

A 48-hour notice must be given before the first visit of your booking to cancel and be issued a refund. If less than a 48-hour notice is given you will be charged the equivalent of 2 days booked or the remaining booked visits, whichever is less. The rest will be added as credit to your account.


An early return qualifies as a cancellation and requires a 48-hour notice for all visits.


A request to reschedule any service is deemed a cancellation and a new service request. As a result, the above cancellation policy shall apply.

The cancellation policy may be waived in certain circumstances and at MPPA's sole discretion.

WELFARE & LIABILITY 

A minimum of one visit per day is required for cats and small animals such as hamsters, rabbits, birds, and fish.  

 

A minimum of three visits a day are required for dogs.

 INCLEMENT WEATHER 

We prioritize safety above all else for both pets and humans. Michelle's Professional Paws Assistant will adhere to the general weather guidelines below to ensure safety.

 

​​Adjustments are made based on specific factors like age, health, and breed of a dog and weather components such as lightning, snow, ice, rain downpours, wind chill, humidity, and “feels like” temperatures. 

 

Winter: When the "feels like" temperature is below 30 degrees walks will be adjusted and/or reduced to potty breaks only. 

​

Summer: When the "feels like" temperature is 80 degrees walks will be adjusted and/or reduced to potty breaks only.

 

We'll adjust the visit whenever possible until after the storm passes so that we can complete a walk. If necessary, the entire duration of the scheduled visit will be spent playing indoors to compensate. 

 

Any changes will always be communicated promptly to the client.

PAYMENT

Payments are made securely through Time to Pet. A 50% deposit is required before the first day of service to confirm your booking.  The remaining balance is to be paid following the last scheduled visit.
